Refund Policy of Condom4Drink

Returns Accepted Only for Defective Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at the phone number or email address below and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then advise you on how to return the product.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returning your item. We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring during shipping. Additionally, for all returns, you must prepay the shipping and insurance fees (if applicable). If your return qualifies for a refund, the refund will not include any shipping or handling charges that may appear on your packing slip or invoice.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you via email within a reasonable timeframe if you are eligible for a refund or exchange due to the defect. If eligible, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase price (based on the original payment method). Shipping and handling fees you have already paid are non-refundable, and the refunded amount will not include shipping costs. Please allow up to 15 business days after our email notification for the refund to appear on your statement.

Returning Unopened Items:

We accept returns of unopened items. You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 15 business days of your purchase, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Only regularly priced items are refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
